This page is here to answer most questions you may have about doing business with Compressor World. If you have any further questions that are not answered here, just contact us, and we'll fill you in.

1) Are there other ways to order from Compressor World, LLC?
Absolutely. You can make an order by phone, fax or regular mail. To fax an order: Simply fill out the online order forms as if you were going to make an online purchase. When you have completed the form with your credit card number, do not submit it. Simply print it out and fax it to us at our store. To Order by Phone: Follow the same directions given above, so that you have the information we need to make the order, and call us at our store. To Mail In an Order: Follow the same directions given above, so that you have the information we need to make the order, and send it to us at our store.
 
2) How will I know that my order has been received by Compressor World, LLC?
After submitting the online order form, you will see the 'Thank You' screen at our website. Within a few hours, if not a few minutes, you will also receive an email message confirming your order. This message will give you your order number and our email address at which to contact us if you have any questions or problems.
 
3) If I can't find what I'm looking for, how do I place a special order?
Simply contact us on the phone or via email.
 
4) What happens when I make a purchase from the online catalog?
The last page of the order form, where you submit your credit card number is hosted on a secure server, which uses SSL encryption to transfer your order information from your screen to the server. It then immediately splits up your credit card number, forwarding the last six digits to the Compressor World, LLC protected server area, and forwarding the rest along with the order to Compressor World, LLC via email. This way your full credit card number is never stored in one place, eliminating the possibility of it being cached on a mail server or stored in a company's server backup process. You will receive an email message confirming your order at this point. Compressor World, LLC then verifies your credit card, processes your order and ships it to you via UPS Ground. If there is a problem with your credit card or shipping address, Compressor World, LLC will contact you with the telephone or email address you provided when submitting your order.
 
5) What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Items to be returned must be sent back to Compressor World, LLC within 30 days from the original shipping date. Shipping is not refundable, and the customer must pay for return shipping.
 
6) When should I expect to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 30 days. This obviously depends upon whether we have the item in stock, and where we are shipping it, but in general, most orders will arrive within three weeks.
